Job Details:
*Troubleshoot vault automation SW, Perform software training and Support in resolving software issues.
*Receive, document and prioritize issue tickets from Application Software users.
*Real-time response to questions and solution of problems on application related issues.
*Preparation of more complex problems for transfer to Second Level assistance.
*First Level Support for the customers by analysis of customer requests and reported problems.
*Regular customer communication regarding the status of their requests and development of their solutions.
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or any related discipline.
•Knowledge / Experience with Windows Desktop operating system,Windows Server operating systems,Windows SQL server
•Basic knowledge of SQL, SQL Server Management Studio
•SAP Warehouse Management capability
•Excellent written & verbal communication in English (Arabic will be a plus)
